	Lou-Bel Development Corporation is a real estate development company. Established in 1987, it was initially engaged in the selling, renovating, and renting of residential houses and office spaces. In 1995, it expanded its operations into an office building development. GMA Lou-Bel Plaza is a 12-storey office condominium building situated in Makati City. Las Conchas del Mar is another project of Lou-Bel Development Corporation.
